Return of goods Policy:
You may only return products in accordance with ZEMARO TECHSTORE’s standard Return Policy in effect on the date of the return. Suppose you fail to follow ZEMARO TECHSTORE’s Return Policy. In that case, Zemaro Limited is not responsible for any returned product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
You must contact Zemaro Limited before attempting to return a product in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number to include with the return. Zemaro Limited shall not be required to accept any return without an authorized RMA number.
Zemaro Limited has approved the return by providing an RMA number. You must return the product in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for all risks of loss and shipping and handling fees for returned products.
Zemaro Limited may, in its sole discretion, charge additional restocking fees and/or issue credit for partial returns less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing.
If you are entitled to return a cabinet, rack, or other oversized product (“Oversized Product”) under ZEMARO TECHSTORE’s Return Policy, you must contact Zemaro Limited to arrange for the Oversized Product to be picked up by a carrier selected by ZEMARO TECHSTORE.
Zemaro Limited shall only accept returns of Oversized Products that such Zemaro Limited selected carrier certifies as not being damaged. In the event that you return an Oversized Product that is found by Zemaro Limited to be damaged, you shall pay Zemaro Limited a restocking fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price of such Oversized Product.
