Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Nairobi and surrounding areas: Same day or next business day
- Other towns and regions: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. we strive to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Delivery charges are applied as follows:
- A standard flat rate of KES 500 applies for medium or non-bulky packages countrywide.
- For heavy or bulky packages, delivery charges will be quoted and agreed before purchase and delivery.
- Free Delivery within Nairobi CBD For all Orders Above KSH 15,000.
All shipping costs are non-refundable, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Order Tracking
Where applicable, tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the courier used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Such cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Failed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect from a pickup point, additional delivery charges may apply. Items returned to us due to failed delivery may be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are non-refundable, as stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Inspection on Delivery
We encourage customers to inspect items upon delivery. Claims for damages or missing items reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
