2.1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3. If an item is out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will notify you via email or phone.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
3.1. We use trusted courier services such as Wells Fargo, G4S, Fargo,Riders etc. for deliveries.
3.2. Estimated delivery time:
- Nairobi & Major Towns: Specify Duration, e.g., 1-2 business days
- Remote Areas: 3-7 business days
3.3. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
4.1. Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and package weight. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
4.2. We offer Free shipping for orders above Ksh 10,000 within Nairobi CBD & its environs.We charge a fixed fee of ksh 500 For all order bellow ksh 10,000
4.3. Customers may opt for express delivery at an additional cost.
5. Order Tracking
5.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable).
5.2. You can track your order through the courier’s official website or contact our customer support for assistance.
6. Failed Delivery & Reshipment
6.1. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the courier will make 2 additional attempts.
6.2. If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
7.1. If your package arrives damaged, report it to us within 72 hours with clear photos as evidence.
7.2. If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
