1.2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
1.3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
1.4. Certain products such as software, consumables, customized items, and clearance items may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

2.2. Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos of a defective product).
2.3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
2.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds are processed only for eligible returns received within the specified timeframe.
3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7business days after approval.
3.3. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
3.4. Partial refunds may be granted if an item is returned in a condition different from what was originally sent.


4. Exchanges

4.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
4.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
5.2. Provide clear photos or videos of the damage/defect for verification.
5.3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged items not covered by warranty
  • Items missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
  • Clearance and final sale items
